Terms & Conditions

1. GTA Trade Rules and GTA Dispute Resoltion Rules apply to all contracts
2. Receival standards in accordance with GTA bin grades at time of delivery
3. NTP bids are based on delivery to Graincorp, and Grainflow sites only, unless otherwise agreed
4. Delivered Brisbane, sellers responsibility to arrange delivery within QBT port receival operating hours.
5. NTP contracts delivered to applicable BHC sites zero tolerance / Delivered contracts +/- 5% or 12 MT – whichever is less
6. Payment Terms are 15 days End Of Week from transfer NTP/delivery
7. All prices are GST exclusive
8. Prices valid until 5:00 PM Melbourne time & subject to change without notice at any point in time
9. All bids subject to verbal confirmation with Wilmar Trading (Australia) staff
