Terms & Conditions

  1. GTA Trade Rules and GTA Dispute Resolution Rules apply to all contracts
  2. Canola receival standards (non GMO) in accordance with GTA bin grades at time of delivery
  3. Price increments for Canola as per AOF premium / discount schedule for oil & admixture
  4. NTP bids are based on delivery to Graincorp, Emerald or Grainflow sites only, unless otherwise agreed
  5. NTP contracts delivered to applicable BHC sites zero tolerance / Delivered ROBE contracts +/- 5% or 12 MT – whichever is less
  6. 2017/18 Season NTP bids are for Nov 17 – Dec 17 delivery
  7. New crop DLV ROBE Canola bids for Nov 17 – Dec 17 delivery (buyers call) unless otherwise agreed
  8. Payment Terms are 15 days End Of Week from transfer NTP or delivery ROBE
  9. All prices are GST exclusive
  10. Prices valid until 5:00 PM Melbourne time & subject to change without notice at any point in time
  11. All bids subject to verbal confirmation with Wilmar Trading (Australia) staff
